These terms explain the public MediMate website and access-request process. Pilot participation, app accounts, health-data permissions and optional AI processing are addressed separately during onboarding and in the app.

About this website

The website is provided by MediMate Health (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/509316/07, South Africa. It explains the product and allows people to request pilot access. Contact hello@medimate.online or +27 72 315 3209 with questions.

Pilot access

The individual app is an invitation-only pilot. We review requests before approving a registration email and sending access details. A request does not create an account, guarantee a place or confirm eligibility. Care Facility preparation and onboarding are separate. There is no general public launch date announced on this website.

Product information and examples

Features are being refined during pilot testing. Illustrative screens and timelines are examples. Ask us to confirm availability for your intended use during onboarding. The website does not promise a particular health outcome or automatic integration with a doctor, hospital or pharmacy system.

Health decisions and emergencies

Website content provides general product information, not diagnosis or treatment advice. Follow your clinician’s and pharmacist’s instructions. MediMate reminders, uploaded records and optional explanations do not replace professional care, emergency services or a facility’s medication-administration procedures. An unrecorded dose does not establish whether a medicine was taken.

Requests and responsible use

Submit accurate contact information and enquire only for yourself or with appropriate authority. Do not put health reports, medication details, passwords or another person’s sensitive information in a website enquiry. Do not use the website to submit spam, impersonate others or interfere with the service.

Privacy and third-party services

Review the Website Privacy Notice before submitting a request. The form uses Formspree and may process information outside South Africa. Links to other services do not mean MediMate controls those services or their terms.

Content and updates

The MediMate name, logo and website content identify our product. Contact us about using brand materials or reproducing website content. Product descriptions and these website terms may be updated as the pilot develops; this page shows its latest update date.
